Howdy folks...Guess what? I'm a happy camper. I was a little perplexed as to why I only lost 1 pound in a week, for two straight weeks. I was reading something about your body going into starvation mode and one way to stop that, is to eat more every third day. So last week I tried it. Maybe I was going to lose more anyway, but I lost 2 pounds this week, and I am attributing it to this new eating pattern.

AND 2 more lost pounds
A Grand Total of 44 pounds!!!!

I am increasing the speed every day starting at my Monday MPH and going up one level every day. Every Monday I will increase my starting MPH until I am at 4 MPH for 1 week. Then I will decide what to do next. I have a bad back, so I have to go slowly, watch what is happening to my back and keep going. Also, I noticed, I burn less calories, the less I weigh, so it is going to be even harder when I get close to my goal. Sorry to bore you with this, I know I promised I wouldn't but this is my life right now.
